This auction is on-site with pick-ups in Maine.

In the event you are out of state and would prefer pick up in our Amesbury Gallery a transit fee of $10 for small items and $25 for a large individual piece of furniture will be charged and payable upon pick up.

Please call today to make arrangements (978-388-0400 or mcinnisauctions@yahoo.com) prior to bidding.  If you have not called to arrange this service, your items will not be brought back to Amesbury. JMA assumes no liability for items not picked up. 

We have made arrangements for a few local delivery services in the Maine, Mass, NH area listed below for larger pieces of furniture. They can offer a blanket wrapped door to door service for your purchase.

There will be a fee associated with this (approximately $3 per mile and can change depending on the number of items needing delivery).

STRICT COVID 19 RULES WILL BE FOLLOWED.

• Masks are mandatory
• Make sure you have all the necessary packing materials and assistance to safely remove your items, there will be no one to help load large items.
• Hand sanitizer will be available
• Wait behind the designated line and your items will be brought out to you.
• Items must be packed in an area away from the pick-up line.
• Any items not picked up on the designated days will be considered forfeited with no refund.

Payment: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and will be charged to the credit card registered with your Ninja account. 

Terms: All sales are final, no credits or returns. All items are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, and WITH ALL FAULTS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. Please refer to photos as part of the description. JMA will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Remember you are purchasing antique or used items. Expect signs of wear consistent with age.

Winning bidders must provide any type of moving tools and boxes and paper. Winning bidders are responsible for removal and loading of all items. There will be no help to assist with moving furniture.  A representative will be there to direct you to your items, but the winning bidder assumes any and all responsibility for any damage or injury that should take place once they are on the property.

ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND, NO EXCEPTIONS, UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THE AUCTION HOUSE. Unless prior acceptable pick up or shipping arrangements have been agreed upon prior to purchase, a storage charge of up to $25 a day could be applied  to any item left on premise after agreed upon date. Items not picked up may also be subject to a disposal fee charge, depending on size and type of item.   

OUT OF STATE – Shipping of small items will be available if needed.  This DOES NOT include any furniture.   Buyer pays all shipping costs. We are not responsible for your purchase once you authorize release to shipper of your choice.
