Frank Serwon (1937-2023) was raised and educated in Newburyport, MA and was a graduate of Newburyport High School, where he was a standout athlete. Like so many Notre Dame followers, Frank, never attended the college but becamea ravid fan making dozens and dozens of pilgrimages to the"The House that Rockne Built"over decades.  His passion for the "Fightin' Irish" spilled into this large collection of autographs and memorabilia which is being offered in just (1) lot. For the convenience of the family we have also added a few select pieces of fine quality outdoor wicker and wrought iron patio furniture.

 Payment and Terms:  Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and will be charged to your credit card on file.  All sales are final, no credits or returns. All items are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. Please refer to photos as part of the description. JMA will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Remember you are purchasing antique or used items. Expect signs of wear consistent with age.

Special Pick up Instructions: Winning bidders must provide boxes and paper. Winning bidders are responsible for removal and loading of all items. Smaller items will be available for curbside pickup. A representative will be there to assist, but the winning bidder assumes any and all responsibility for any damage or injury that should take place once they are on the property.

Pick Up Address and Time: ADDRESS WILL BE ON INVOICE - Thurs, April 27^th  from 9-4pm.  ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND, NO EXCEPTIONS, UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THE AUCTION HOUSE – LOCAL DELIVERY OF LARGE ITEMS AVAILABLE FOR A FEE. 

Shipping: UPS is available to quote and pick up your item(s).  Please contact them at 603-474-2420 or  store1510@theupsstore.com . Buyer pays all shipping costs. We are not responsible for your purchase once you authorize release to shipper of your choice.  Local shipping of larger items (furniture) not suitable for UPS can be made by emailing our gallery. 

TRANSPORT (ALTERNATIVE PICK UP): As a special service for the convenience of our valued customers:  Anyone who would like to pick up their purchases in Amesbury, MA we will offer to transfer your purchases to our facility in Amesbury for a nominal fee starting at $25 per item to be capped at $100.00.  NOTE: EXCLUSIONS APPLY, LARGE OR UNUSUAL ITEMS/LOTS WILL BE ASSESSED A SEPARATE FEE FOR TRANSPORT.
