JMA will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. PICK UP LOCATION and TIMES: 11 45th Street-Newbury,Ma 01951 Monday the 20th from 10-5. Note: Limited staff available. If you purchased a large item, you must come prepared to move with help, boxes, etc. Mcinnis Auctions can also arrange local delivery for a fee. Transport to Amesbury fee $25 restrictions apply.

SPECIAL PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS: Winning bidders must provide boxes and paper. Winning bidders are responsible for removal and loading of all items. Smaller items will be available for curbside pickup. A representative will be there to assist, but the winning bidder assumes any and all responsibility for any damage or injury that should take place once they are on the property.
