IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL FIREARM BIDDERS

FIREARM PICKUP & TRANSFER:
All firearms will be available for pickup and transfer through Stateline Guns, Ammo & Archery beginning Friday, October 16th.

TRANSFER FEES:
• $45 transfer fee for the first firearm
• $25 transfer fee for each additional firearm

NEW HAMPSHIRE RESIDENTS:
New Hampshire please provide required identification and documentation and meet all applicable federal and state requirements.

OUT-OF-STATE BIDDERS:
All firearms purchased by out-of-state bidders will be transported to Stateline Guns, Ammo & Archery for the required transfer. The buyer is responsible for all applicable transfer fees and for knowing and complying with all federal, state, and local laws governing the purchase, possession, and transfer of firearms.

IMPORTANT: Before placing a bid, bidders are responsible for confirming that they are legally eligible to purchase and receive the firearm in their state of residence. John McInnis Auctioneers LLC cannot guarantee that a firearm can legally be transferred to a particular buyer.

If a winning bidder is unable to legally complete the transfer of a firearm, a 10% transaction fee may apply.
