Terms: All sales are final, no credits or returns. All items are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, and WITH ALL FAULTS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. Please refer to photos as part of the description. JMA will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Remember you are purchasing antique or used items. Expect signs of wear consistent with age.

Special Pick up Instructions: Pick up will be on Tuesday the 29th and Wednesday the 30th of December from 10-4. Winning bidders must provide boxes and paper. Winning bidders are responsible for removal and loading of all items. Smaller items will be available for curbside pickup. A representative will be there to assist but the winning bidder assumes any and all responsibility for any damage or injury that should take place once they are on the property.

PICKUP: BY APPOINTMENT ONLY TUES, DEC 29 and WED, DEC 30 FROM 10:00 AM-3PM - ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND, NO EXCEPTIONS, UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THE AUCTION HOUSE. Unless prior acceptable pick up or shipping arrangements have been agreed upon, a storage charge of up to $25 a day could be applied to any item left on premise after agreed upon date. OUT OF STATE - Small items will be given to UPS store 1510 please contact 603-474-2420 or store1510@theupsstore.com with questions. Buyer pays all shipping costs. We are not responsible for item once you authorize release to the UPS store. If you are buying furniture we can always provide trucking services for a delivery fee.
