JMA will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Remember you are purchasing antique or used items. Expect signs of wear consistent with age. I am voluntarily authorizing the credit card transaction for purchases made in the auction and agree not to initiate a chargeback with my credit card issuer for transactions that comply with the auction terms and conditions.

 ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED TIME BUYER WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND WAIVES THEIR RIGHT TO REFUND AND/OR CHARGEBACK DISPUTE DUE TO YOUR FAILURE TO PICK-UP YOUR AUCTION WINNINGS DURING THE SCHEDULED PICK-UP DATE(S) AND TIME(S).

NO EXCEPTIONS, UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THE AUCTION HOUSE – LOCAL DELIVERY OF LARGE ITEMS AVAILABLE FOR A FEE. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR LOTS BEFORE LEAVING. ONCE YOU LEAVE, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ITEMS LEFT BEHIND.

We are not responsible for your purchase once you authorize release to shipper of your choice. TRANSPORT (ALTERNATIVE PICK UP MUST CALL AUCTION MANAGER): As a special service for the convenience of our valued customers: Anyone who would like to pick up their purchases in Amesbury, MA we will offer to transfer your purchases to our facility in Amesbury for a nominal fee starting at $25 per item to be capped at $100.00.  NOTE: EXCLUSIONS APPLY, LARGE OR UNUSUAL ITEMS/LOTS WILL BE ASSESSED A SEPARATE FEE FOR TRANSPORT. ANY ITEMS TRANSPORTED BACK TO THE GALLERY MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 10 DAYS OR THE ITEM WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITH NO REFUND AND/OR CHARGEBACK DISPUTE.
