Payment and Terms: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and will be charged to your credit card on file.  All sales are final, no credits or returns. All items are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. Please refer to photos as part of the description. JMA will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Remember you are purchasing antique or used items. Expect signs of wear consistent with age.

PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS: Please bring your own boxes, packing materials, and help for loading. Buyers are responsible for removal and assume all liability once items are released. Items not picked up during scheduled times will be considered abandoned with no refunds or chargebacks. Exceptions only with prior approval.  Check your items before leaving, once you depart, we are not responsible for items left behind.

Pickup Dates:  Friday and Saturday, September 11^h and 12^th 10:00 am - 3:00 pm

ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND, NO EXCEPTIONS, UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THE AUCTION HOUSE – LOCAL DELIVERY OF LARGE ITEMS AVAILABLE FOR A FEE. 

Shipping: MAILIT UNLIMITED is available to quote and pick up your item(s).  Please contact them at 207-985-2087 or info@mailitunlimited.com. Buyer pays all shipping costs. We are not responsible for your purchase once you authorize release to shipper of your choice.  Please select the Client Arranged Shipping and email us a release at mcinnisauctions@yahoo.com

Local shipping of larger items (furniture) not suitable for postal can be made by emailing our gallery.
