 ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED TIME BUYER WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND WAIVES THEIR RIGHT TO REFUND AND/OR CHARGEBACK DISPUTE DUE TO YOUR FAILURE TO PICK-UP YOUR AUCTION WINNINGS DURING THE SCHEDULED PICK-UP DATE(S) AND TIME(S).

TRANSPORT (ALTERNATIVE PICK UP MUST CALL AUCTION MANAGER): As a special service for the convenience of our valued customers: Anyone who would like to pick up their purchases in Amesbury, MA we will offer to transfer your purchases to our facility in Amesbury for a nominal fee starting at $25 per item to be capped at $100.00.  NOTE: EXCLUSIONS APPLY, LARGE OR UNUSUAL ITEMS/LOTS WILL BE ASSESSED A SEPARATE FEE FOR TRANSPORT. ANY ITEMS TRANSPORTED BACK TO THE GALLERY MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 10 DAYS OR THE ITEM WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITH NO REFUND AND/OR CHARGEBACK DISPUTE.
