PAYMENT TERMS: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and will be charged to your credit card on file.  All sales are final, no credits or returns. All items are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. Please refer to photos as part of the description. JMA will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Remember you are purchasing antique or used items. Expect signs of wear consistent with age.

PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS: Bring your own boxes, packing materials, and help for loading. Buyers are responsible for removal and assume all liability once items are released. Items not picked up during scheduled times will be considered abandoned with no refunds or chargebacks. Exceptions only with prior approval.  Check your items before leaving, once you depart, we are not responsible for items left behind.

PICK UP ADDRESS and TIME: 2 Elmview Circle Dover, NH 03820.  Pick up dates, Fri, July 10 and Sat, July 11 from 10-3pm.  ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND, NO EXCEPTIONS, UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THE AUCTION HOUSE – LOCAL DELIVERY OF LARGE ITEMS AVAILABLE FOR A FEE. 

SHIPPING: UPS is available to quote and pick up your item(s).  Please contact them at 603-474-2420 or store1510@theupsstore.com. Buyer pays all shipping costs. We are not responsible for your purchase once you authorize release to shipper of your choice.  Local shipping of larger items (furniture) not suitable for mail can be made by emailing our gallery. 

TRANSPORT (ALTERNATIVE PICK UP): As a special service for the convenience of our valued customers: Anyone who would like to pick up their purchases in Amesbury, MA we will offer to transfer your purchases to our facility in Amesbury for a nominal fee starting at $25 per item to be capped at $100.00.  NOTE: EXCLUSIONS APPLY, LARGE OR UNUSUAL ITEMS/LOTS WILL BE ASSESSED with A SEPARATE FEE FOR TRANSPORT. ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 10 DAYS OF AUCTION OR WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED WITH NO REFUNDS.
