John McInnis Auctioneer’s has been hired to liquidate at auction the entire          remaining tangible assets.  This will include the Restaurant and the Butcher shop     loaded with furniture, décor, equipment, fixtures and other valuable components    relating to the food industry.  All will be sold at UNRESERVED AUCTION to                    the highest bidder regardless of price!

 

OLD FASHIONED ON-SITE LIQUIDATION AUCTION

This sale consists of 1000+ lots memorabilia and décor, kitchen equipment, restaurant & butcher shop equipment, lighting, bathroom and other fixtures.

 

Hilltop Steakhouse has been equipped to serve

 over 8,000 meals per day.

AUCTIONEER'S NOTE: The owner’s continually updated the Hilltop Steakhouse with the finest in restaurant equipment and decorative accessories, all to be sold with no reserve.

 

EVERYTHING MUST BE SOLD!!

 

Auction Terms and Registration:

Registration will take place Friday during preview and Saturday auction day.

  Please come prepared to register with the clerk. This will take just a few minutes if done early and you miss the last minute crowd. The clerk will issue you a numbered bid card which will allow you to bid. In order to receive a bid card please be prepared to leave a deposit in the amount of $100 towards your purchase.  Deposits can be in the form of cash, certified bank checks, cashier’s check or a company check with a letter of guarantee of payment.  Receipts will be given for all deposits and deposits are completely refundable if not spent at the auction.

 

 

Preview and Inspection

Bidders should attend the prescribed preview and inspection time in order to inspect items to their satisfaction. All items are sold “As is, where is, with all faults. 

 ALL SALES ARE FINAL.”

 

Process

Items are generally sold in order of lot number starting with lot#1. Auctioneer may periodically sell items out of order or group selected lots.  A bidder holds up “Bidder Card” or verbally responds in order to bid what auctioneer is currently asking. Generally items are sold at a pace of approximately 75-100 lots per hours.

 Absentee Bidding

 

 

John McInnis Auctioneers will accept absentee bidding.

 A 17% buyer’s premium* will be added to all successful bids. 

All absentee bids are executed by our staff in competition with bids from our audience

 and other absentee bids.  In the event that two identical bids are received,

 the first bid received by our auction house will be accepted.  Our staff will

make every effort to execute all absentee bids.  In the event of any error or omission,

 the auctioneer, and staff shall not be held liable. Pick up and removal

is the sole responsibility of the buyer and must be done per guidelines of the auction.

A $100 deposit in cash or certified check must accompany this form. 

If no sale is made all monies are 100% refundable.   

ALL SALES ARE FINAL and are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS.

Payment

Payment of bills will be issued immediately following the sale of all listed items.  Payment must be made in the form of cash, bank certified funds, bank cashier’s check, business check with a letter of guarantee from bank.  We also accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.  We do not accept personal checks. Payment in full is due day of auction. Terms and Conditions: 17% Buyers Premium.  6.25% MA TAX-2% DISC WITH CASH OR CHECK. PROPER ID REQUIRED. DEALERS MUST PRESENT CERTIFICATE.

 

Removal of Items

Removal is the responsibility of the buyer.  Consider removal time and expectations when bidding. No removal of items can occur before payment is made and a paid bill is issued.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to remove all purchased items within the time period and conditions specified.  All equipment removals must be done in a professional manner. Buyer  is responsible for disconnecting any items purchased. These disconnect are to be performed within the guidelines of industry-accepted standards and are to be performed by a qualified person. Any disconnects will be conducted in observance of current guidelines, statues, laws, and policies of the federal, state, and local agencies and/or other governing parties. Auctioneer has no responsibility for personal injury or property damage resulting from any electrical hazards. Oil & coolant removal from any equipment will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
